Legal Manager – Senior Manager

Our client is a PE investment platform from a famous Chinese banking group. 

• Review, negotiate and revise transaction documents (ie. Share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, etc.,) on investment deals
• Review various vendor agreements engaging outside counsel, financial advisor and other professionals.
• Other responsibilities assigned by department head.

• Bachelor degree or above in law
• At least five years of working experiences
• Legal experiences in private equity is highly preferred
• Experiences in law firm or commercial are all welcomed
• Hong Kong or Anglo-American lawyer qualification is preferred
