KPMG in China

Jacky Zou started his career with KPMG China at our Beijing office in 1993. He served as the Senior Partner of KPMG Huazhen LLP from 1 October, 2015, and assumed the role of Chairman of KPMG China on 1 October, 2025. He also serves as Member of the Board at both KPMG International and KPMG Asia Pacific, as well as Member of the Management Committee and Investment Committee at KPMG International.

Jacky is a Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He worked for KPMG China’s Hong Kong office and for KPMG in the US for 1 year and 2 years, respectively. Jacky has proficient knowledge in PRC GAAP and IFRS.

KPMG China has always been committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility by using our strengths to deliver positive impact amid challenging times. So has Jacky – he became the Chairman of KPMG China National Philanthropy Steering Committee from 2018 with the objective of engaging our people, alumni and other stakeholders in the community to deliver sustainable solutions to social and environmental issues. Jacky places great emphasis on nurturing a compassionate and inclusive work environment that prioritises the growth and wellbeing of KPMG people. 

Jacky holds several industry and social positions, including Executive Member of the CICPA, Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Committee, Vice President of the Beijing CICPA, President of the Beijing New Social Stratum Association for CPAs and Appraisers, and Director of the Beijing Overseas Friendship Association, among others.
