We invite you to participate in the 2026 Employment Trends Survey, conducted by KPMG in China’s People Services. Your perspectives on the job market and talent landscape in Hong Kong SAR are highly valued and will help shape our understanding of emerging trends.
We have commissioned YouGov, an independent international research data and analytics group, to conduct the survey. The 2026 edition will explore key topics, including:
- Employment trends in the Hong Kong SAR
- Headcount, salary outlook, and market developments
- Expectations of talent on compensation and benefits
The survey is available in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, and will take approximately five minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. KPMG will aggregate the results and publish a comprehensive report in the coming few months, which will be accessible on the KPMG People Services webpage.
