On 4 December, for the fourth consecutive year, KPMG China was awarded as one of the Best Companies to Work For In Asia 2020 by HR Asia Magazine, a top regional publisher in the human resources industry. The distinguished award recognises companies with remarkable levels of employee engagement, corporate culture and employer branding.
At KPMG, we understand that our people's skills, knowledge and capabilities are at the core of our success. That's why we're fully committed to developing a continuous learning culture, with each of our professional staff receiving more than 90 hours of training last year on average.
Charlie Li, the Head of Human Resources, attended the virtual award ceremony and said, "KPMG's receiving this award for the fourth consecutive year represents the recognition and trust from different sectors of society and our own employees have in our people strategy and practices, especially in such a challenging environment we are facing this year. This encourages us to continue innovating and finding ways to offer better opportunities for our colleagues and more contributions for our communities and society in general."

About HR Asia and the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia' award
Established in 2013, HR Asia Award has an independent judge panel of industry experts, academics, journalists and government representatives, with an aim to honour the world-class companies with excellent employee experience and branding culture. It is one of the most authoritative awards in the human resource area. The survey covers 30 different fields and more than 2 million respondents have attended the assessments and it put special emphasis on empathy and people caring during this unprecedented time.
