Florian is a Senior Manager at KPMG’s Global Strategy Group based in Switzerland.
He supports clients in designing and managing commercial strategy and transformation projects, from potential identification to realization.
Florian has designed and led C-level strategy and transformation projects for over eight years, both in consulting and in the industry. Most of his projects take place in the context of M&A transactions (commercial due diligence, separation/integration, ESG in deals) or in the context of growth strategy development, both increasingly with a view to how sustainability can be used as a value driver.
Prior to joining KPMG in Zurich in early 2018, Florian worked for a well-known industrial manufacturing company in China, where he led a strategic marketing team. He speaks fluent English, German and Mandarin Chinese.
