Aurelio has over 10 years of Corporate Finance and M&A experience and managed numerous national and international transactions on the buy- as well as sell-side in a wide range of sectors including consumer markets, diversified industrials, business services, and private equity. He has a particular focus on supporting and advising large corporate clients in carve-out transactions.
In addition to his tenure at KPMG, Aurelio worked in the strategy department of a multinational construction and real estate company managing M&A, corporate development as well as transformation projects, and as an investment & portfolio manager for a Swiss private equity player focusing on small-and-sized enterprises.
