Yves is a Director in KPMG’S Swiss M&A Tax and International Corporate Tax practice. He is a member of the US-Swiss corridor.
Yves specializes in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions for private equity and strategic clients. His experience includes IPOs and public-to-private transactions, post-deal integration as well as large joint ventures and restructuring deals.
He joined KPMG Switzerland in 2013 and spent two and a half years on secondment in KPMG’s Seattle office from 2021 to 2024. Since returning, he has focused on advising US-based multinational corporations on global tax reform (BEPS, ATAD, local tax reforms), location analysis as well as helping executives to structure their operating models in a tax-efficient and scalable ways.
Yves’ sector experience includes private equity, healthcare, technology, media, infrastructure and transportation.
