Leandro is a Director in Deal Advisory and advises national and international companies on complex valuation and financial modelling matters.
He specializes in the valuation of complex financial instruments, transaction-related equity valuations, fairness opinions and business valuations. He develops tailored financial models and complex capital waterfall structures to support clients with transactions, financial reporting, audits and strategic decision-making.
Leandro has extensive experience across financial services, energy and natural resources, life sciences, private equity and venture capital. His expertise includes option and derivative valuations, share-based payment plans, cash flow waterfalls, capital market and macroeconomic analyses, and the assessment of business plans. He combines strong quantitative expertise with an international perspective and works closely with valuation teams across KPMG’s global network. He also leads the development of selected AI-enabled solutions within KPMG's global valuation network.
Before joining KPMG, Leandro gained valuable experience in private debt at a major international fund. He worked on the investment side, modelling complex transaction and financing structures, as well as in investor relations, where he developed tailored capital allocation solutions.
