Malcolm is a global lead partner specializing in the life science sector (from early stage through commercialization) with more than 36 years of experience serving clients in this industry. In June 2025, Malcolm relocated to Basel, Switzerland to be the global lead partner for one of KPMG’s global accounts.
Over his career, he has led global account delivery for multinational life sciences organizations, partnering with boards and C suites to strengthen audit quality, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. Malcolm’s work spans assurance over financial reporting (including ICOFR/SOX), readiness for public offerings, ERP transformations and shared-service migrations. People development is his top priority: he invests deeply in coaching, succession planning, and building capability to elevate team performance and deliver sustained, high quality outcomes for clients.
Malcolm brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles with KPMG in Basel, Boston, Singapore, Korea, and Philadelphia, including KPMG national office experience in New York. He has extensive know how across IFRS and PCAOB engagements, and a proven track record harmonizing controls across shared services, aligning enterprise systems to reporting requirements, and navigating complex, cross border operating models.
