Pierre-Luc has over 15 years of experience advising and supporting organizations on complex accounting, financial reporting, and transformation matters across Switzerland and abroad. He possesses deep expertise in IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations, and has supported both local and international companies in navigating evolving financial reporting requirements.
Pierre Luc specializes in GAAP conversions – from high level diagnostic assessments to full-scale implementation – and has supported numerous clients throughout transactions, from financial due diligence to post acquisition integration of the finance function. He has a strong expertise in designing and implementing accounting policies, and advising on the accounting implications of reorganizations, transactions, and regulatory changes.
He also advises organizations on a wide range of technical accounting matters, including fair value measurement, hedge accounting, restructuring, purchase price allocations, carve-out financial statements, and capital market transactions. He has accompanied several companies through IPO processes, legal reorganisations or acquisition/divesture – covering the accounting impact of the transactions.
