Bruno has been working as auditor for more than 9 years at KPMG Switzerland and Liechtenstein. He has profound knowledge of auditing (listed) consolidated groups and stand-alone entities reporting under IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, Swiss Code of Obligation and provisions of the Liechtenstein Persons and Company Act (PGR). Moreover, as former member of KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice he is familiar with conducting complex group audits under International Auditing Standards (ISA).
As an auditor Bruno has taken responsibility for several group audits of Swiss and Liechtenstein companies and therefore has extended practical experience in conducting group audits in an efficient manner, incl. centralization of work. Additionally, Bruno gained valuable Liechtenstein specific accounting knowledge by supporting various conversion projects from international accounting frameworks to Liechtenstein GAAP.
Besides auditing corporate groups Bruno as well specialize in auditing insurance companies in Liechtenstein (financial and regulatory audit) and as certified sustainable auditor he is a main contact for any non-financial audits conducted in accordance with Liechtenstein (i.e., CSRD, SFDR etc.).
