Adrian Bieri is Director and the Deputy COO of KPMG Switzerland with over 16 years of Corporate Finance and M&A experience.
Prior to joining KPMG, Adrian was part of a team to build-up a local M&A boutique in Zurich and worked for over 6 years in the corporate M&A team of a leading telecommunications- and IT services provider. Adrian has completed numerous national and international transactions in various industry sectors, including public cross-border transactions.
Amongst others he was overall project manager for several buy- and sell side transactions.
