Skills Development Centre
Foundational AI learning for individuals
The Skills Development Centre is KPMG’s entry point to AI and digital literacy. Developed in collaboration with Microsoft and KPMG, the program offers bilingual (English and French) learning designed to help individuals and leaders build a foundational understanding of AI and its business implications. This program is available free of cost.
The Skills Development Centre helps establish a common baseline of AI knowledge and prepares participants to apply AI tools more confidently and responsibly.

KPMG AI Learning Academy
Enterprise AI learning for organizations
KPMG AI Learning Academy is a subscription-based AI learning and enablement program, designed for organizations as they move from AI literacy to enterprise-wide adoption to help reduce adoption risk, accelerate time to value, and embed AI into ways of working. The program delivers high quality, continuously refreshed learning that is modular, customizable, and built to evolve alongside AI technology and organizational needs.
Two learning tracks
1. Executive Academy Track
The Executive Academy Track is a leadership focused AI enablement program designed for boards and senior executives responsible for AI strategy, oversight, and value creation.
This track offers a menu of options including live delivery, self-paced executive targeted capsules, coaching, and tailored AI leadership journeys to help executives translate learning into action and guide AI adoption with confidence.

2. Baseline AI Literacy and Copilot Academy Track
The Baseline AI Literacy and Copilot Academy Track builds a shared understanding of Generative AI and supports enterprise AI adoption on tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot through practical, role-based learning. Participants will develop practical skills in:

- Role and function-based use cases
- Prompting techniques and productivity workflows
- Introduction to AI agents and automation concepts
