Amit is a partner in KPMG’s Real Estate practice, specializing in audit and accounting issues for real estate entities. He has significant experience leading audits of multi-family, seniors’ care and mortgage funds. In addition, Amit has advised clients through various securities engagements (equity/debt offerings), due diligence assignments, and internal audit direct assistance roles with audit clients. Amit has over 17 years of experience in public accounting.
In addition to his audit engagements, Amit has provided technical IFRS support to a number of advisory engagements. He was also instrumental in developing and leading the training initiative for the recent IFRS conversion, which included multiple presentations with specific client training sessions and thought leadership publications.
