Dominic Procopio is a Tax Partner with KPMG in Canada's Private Enterprise at the Toronto office, bringing over fifteen years of experience advising privately owned and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of tax matters. He focuses on estate and succession planning, corporate reorganizations, compensation planning, and strategies to minimize taxes on the sale of a business.
