Kristin has over a 12 years’ of experience in Global Mobility Services (GMS), specializing in Canadian and US individual cross-border income tax, payroll, social security compliance and advisory.  She helps organizations with their policy design and review, data analytics, and tax planning.

She excels at global mobility program management, executive relationships, employee experience, and has a robust global network of tax and immigration professionals and subject matter experts. A champion for change and continuous development, Kristin leads a national mobility peer-to-peer roundtable and is a repeat presenter at the Canadian Employee Relocation Council annual conference.
