      Kelly’s practice focuses on litigating tax cases and advising on tax disputes. She regularly assists taxpayers with Canada Revenue Agency audits, objections, voluntary disclosures, taxpayer relief applications and collections matters. She also represents taxpayers in litigation before various Courts including the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

      Kelly routinely navigates Canada Revenue Agency’s administrative processes, and leverages her familiarity with the litigation process, to successfully resolve tax disputes for her clients. She brings thoughtful arguments to her submissions, and innovative solutions to complex tax problems.
