Anil Nair

Anil is an Associate in the Business Law group of KPMG Law in Toronto. He is developing a general corporate and commercial practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, securities law matters and other commercial transactions.

Anil completed both of his summer student and articling terms with KPMG Law where he gained experience in contentious and non-contentious issues in a variety of practice groups. Outside of law, Anil is a long-suffering Tottenham Hotspur fan and avid traveller.
