Katherine is an Associate in the Vancouver office of KPMG Law LLP.
Katherine practices primarily in the area of Canadian domestic and cross-border income tax law. She advises on corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, corporate reorganizations, and divestitures. In addition to corporate tax matters, Katherine also advises clients in respect of taxable benefits, and advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on transactional and compliance matters.
Katherine has written published articles on topics of interest related to corporate tax planning and charities.
