As Global Co-Lead, KPMG Connected Enterprise for Health, Lydia collaborates with a global network that supports customer-centric digital transformation in health systems aimed at providing exceptional experiences, creating organizational value and driving sustainability. In Canada, Lydia leads KPMG’s Digital Health Transformation practice.
Lydia brings over 25 years of healthcare industry and public sector transformation experience to her role. She was awarded the distinction of IT Association of Canada (ITAC) Public Sector Canadian CIO of the Year (2015) for her ability to drive public-private collaboration and impact in the healthcare industry. Lydia has served clients in both the corporate and public sectors working on digital strategy, target operating model, IT modernization, change management, advanced data management and large scale clinical and business transformations. Lydia is known for her systems perspective and collaborative approach to addressing challenging, multi-disciplinary, enterprise and sector-wide opportunities.
