As KPMG Canada’s National Leader, Family Office, Governance & Strategy, Louise Lutgens brings over 25 years of governance, strategy and human capital experience to guide and support KPMG’s top client families.

Louise’s diverse background has led her to work in innovative and dynamic environments that have advanced her skills in human capital, leadership development, strategic management, program design and execution, corporate affairs, as well as people and change. As a bilingual executive, she is unique in her ability to deliver bespoke mandates from concept to operations with a focus on enterprising families.

Prior to her appointment to KPMG’s Family Office, Louise was the Managing Director, Talent Innovation & Strategy as well as Executive Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer for KPMG. She is a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the firm and provides mentorship to up and coming high performers.

Louise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western University, a Diploma in Management Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa, and is a recognized Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA).
