Stéphanie Jean is a senior associate in tax litigation and dispute resolution with KPMG Law LLP for the Montreal office. She practises tax litigation in a variety of income and commodity tax matters, advising and representing a wide variety of taxpayers, including high net worth individuals, SMEs, multinational corporations and financial institutions, before tax authorities and the courts. In particular, Stéphanie works on major Canadian and international tax issues, including surplus stripping, GAAR, transaction costs and insurance.
