Marc works closely with strategic account teams across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba to enable client growth, deepen relationships, and build leadership capability. In this hands-on role, Marc supports senior client-facing professionals by providing tools, insights, and coaching to strengthen execution and collaboration. He facilitates peer communities, drives executive-level client feedback programs, and helps teams deliver integrated, high-value solutions for clients.
Working closely with regional peers, Marc contributes to national initiatives that advance strategic account leadership across Canada. His focus is on enabling collaboration, sharing best practices, and equipping account leaders with frameworks and resources that foster consistency and impact at scale. Through this work, Marc helps shape a culture of growth, learning, and client-centricity across the firm.
Marc leads learning initiatives for Clients & Markets nationally, equipping teams with knowledge and best practices to enhance client engagement.
