Trevor Hammond

Trevor is a regional leader of the Power & Utilities practice in Alberta and is an audit partner in the Calgary office. He has over 15 years of audit experience serving a wide range of private and public clients, including 10 years serving the energy sector. Trevor has a wealth of experience with securities and financial offerings in both Canada and the US, including initial registration statements, short form and long form prospectuses, private placements and business acquisition reporting. He has a strong understanding of the Canadian and US regulatory environment for oil and natural gas pipelines, including the various tolling structures and cost recovery mechanisms that are common in the industry.
