Eric Esposito

Eric’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law matters. He provides clients with advice on a wide range of transactions and assists in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.

Prior to joining KPMG Law, Eric practiced as a corporate and real estate associate at a boutique firm in Toronto and as a real estate associate at a boutique firm in Vaughan.
