He manages large, multi-cultural teams across a range of service delivery models. Chima delivers complex engagements related to SOX, SOC (SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3), internal audit, cyber security, third party assurance, data analytics, transformation assurance and regulatory compliance. Chima has working knowledge of COBIT, ISO security standards (27001/27002) and COSO internal controls framework. He also has a good understanding of US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB & CPAB standards and requirements, as applicable. Chima leads platform security compliance reviews like SWIFT CSP, INTERAC security compliance and National Instrument (NI) 21-101 compliance reviews for exchange trading platforms.
