Susie Cooke

Susie is the National Service Line Leader for our Canadian Tax Transformation practice – a unique service line that combines tax technical experience, Lean Six Sigma principles, and technology, to transform tax functions including their compliance and reporting processes. In tandem with her Canadian role, Susie is also the Global Tax Transformation leader where she leads KPMG’s Global Tax Transformation team across our network of member firms.

Susie works with clients on strategic projects that require insight and teams with organizations that seek to enhance and transform their tax functions, processes and technologies. Her global experience has included working with companies of all sizes, across many different jurisdictions and a wide variety of industries. Her technology experience includes consulting on stand-alone tax applications, advising on tax sensitization of accounting systems and designing processes to support technology-enabled tax teams.

Susie is also an experienced facilitator and public speaker, passionate about empowering participants and teams to identify discoveries and enhance performance.
