Neil C. Blair

Neil is the National Leader for KPMG in Canada’s Deal Advisory practice and sits on the board of directors for KPMG LLP. In his role, Neil leads complex transactions for many of Canada’s largest corporations, private equity funds and mid-market companies and has particular expertise in mid-market private company transactions and complex non-core carve outs.  Prior to his current role, Neil led KPMG in Canada’s market leading Corporate Finance practice, one of the world’s leading transaction advisors. With his many years of deal making experience, Neil has been involved in a wide range of Canadian, UK, cross-border and international projects, always ensuring he maintains a deep focus on technology, global collaboration and a relentless commitment to his clients’ objectives.
