Katie has extensive experience designing, building, and activating innovative, technology-enabled customer experiences and solutions to help clients transform to become more customer-centric and digitally enabled. Katie is making a difference by providing new market assessments, diversification strategies, acquisition target assessments, innovation, and customer strategies. She helps clients make informed decisions that balance robust financial, market and customer analysis, with strategic priorities. Katie combines innovation, customer insight and business objectives to design creative solutions that bring clients’ customer vision to life through front-office transformation.
