Sylvia is an Associate, US Immigration at KPMG Law LLP. Sylvia currently maintains a practice focusing on both employment-based and family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, and she provides business immigration counselling to corporate clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging businesses and start-ups. Having been admitted to both the Ontario and the New York State bars, she is also uniquely situated to provide strategic advice on U.S.-Canada cross-border issues. As an attorney, Sylvia's goal is to partner with her clients to ensure efficient operation of her clients' global mobility program, while maintaining compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies. Sylvia is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Ontario Bar Association (OBA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
