With respect to his experience in the trade area, Robert’s practice includes advising clients on: trade solutions, trade agreements, duty drawbacks and refunds, remission of duties and taxes, tax compliance, and liaisons with government officials on behalf of clients with respect to options in tariff relief programs, audit issues, and litigation support.
Robert is a licensed customs broker and professional logistician with in-depth knowledge of trade agreements and customs process.
