Elliot is the Greater Toronto Area and National Accounting Advisory Services Leader. He is also the National Industry Leader for Consumer & Retail (C&R) where he focuses on understanding key issues facing the consumer and retail industries in Canada and deepening client relationships across the country. With over 15 years of experience, Elliot has worked with some of Canada’s largest brands in the retail and consumer goods sector and supported both public and private companies throughout the transaction cycle. Throughout his career, Elliot has worked on a variety of engagements ranging from financial statement audits, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, purchase price allocations, carve out financial statements, dispositions, public offerings of debt and equity and accounting conversions. Elliot previously served as GTA Sector’s Lead for Consumer and Retail.
