Mathieu is a Partner in the audit practice of our Montreal office. He has experience with public and private companies including many complex international groups in a wide range of industries, but mostly specializes in renewable energy, infrastructure construction, software and manufacturing. He leads engagements under IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE and was involved in securities engagements both in Canada and in the United States.
Mathieu’s experience and strong technical skills make him a valued technical resource which lead him to provide accounting advisory services to public companies either in the context of significant mergers & acquisitions or with implementation of new accounting standards. He also has extensive experience facilitating training within KPMG and with our clients.
