Joseph is developing a comprehensive tax law practice that is focused on private enterprises and their shareholders. His practice involves assisting individuals, corporations and trusts with both tax planning matters and dispute resolution with Canadian taxation authorities. Joseph also works with KPMG Law’s business law group to provide a tax perspective when advising clients on M&A and other commercial transactions.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, Joseph obtained his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and his Bachelor of Arts in economics at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he was also a NCAA Division 1 soccer player.
