With 20 years of experience in Advisory, Laetitia shows a strong background in business transformation, from the formalization of the initial idea to the implementation, in contexts of HR transformation, organizational restructuring, change management and workforce evolution.
Laetitia loves working in close collaboration with her clients and to help them anticipate the needs of the organization and the people who make it up, in order to get the best performance out of each individual.
She also has many years of international experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Oracle software solutions for various companies to help her clients navigate through their digital transformations. Her listening and collaboration skills are key to her involvement in these projects.
