      Practicing out of Vancouver, Russ is the National Service Line Leader of KPMG’s US Corporate Tax Services Practice, with over 36 years of experience in US and international tax matters. Russ is the Co-Leader of KPMG’s FATCA team in Canada. He has held various positions in the US firm, including Former Partner-in-Charge of KPMG’s Pacific Northwest Tax Practice, Former Managing Partner of the Seattle office, and Former Partner-in-Charge of the International Corporate Services practice in KPMG’s Northeastern Area.
