Michelle is a Partner with the Risk Services practice of KPMG. She has more than 17 years of experience in the provision of internal control and assurance services for both SEC and Canadian-listed companies across Canada. Michelle is KPMG Canada’s National ICFR/SOX Leader and Region East Champion and Leader given her deep experience in helping companies develop and implement effective and sustainable ICFR programs, particularly for first-time filers and companies preparing for an IPO (USA/CAD) in ecommerce, TMT, SaaS and high-growth sectors. Michelle has been Nancy Chase’s “right-hand” for the past ten years and is integral in addressing emerging NI 52-109 and SOX 404 issues and hot topics from a regulatory perspective.
