      Houston has been part of KPMG’s Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) Actuarial Practice since 2003. He is experienced in providing actuarial advisory services to a wide variety of insurance entities and is very knowledgeable on insurance regulatory and governance issues. He is also peer reviewer and audit actuary to various insurers. Houston is a frequent speaker on actuarial and emerging insurance topics. He is also author of various reports on P&C insurance topics. Houston is an active volunteer and serves in a leadership capacity with various actuarial organizations.  Houston is also a Lecturer at the University of Toronto where he teaches an actuarial course based on the fundamental on P&C actuarial reserving concepts.
