      Tiffany is an employment and labour lawyer and workplace investigator. Her practice includes advising employers on all aspects of the employment relationship including hiring and dismissal, human rights accommodation, and employment standards.

      Tiffany regularly conducts investigations for federal and provincial employers regarding allegations including bullying, harassment, violence, and sexual misconduct. She has completed courses from Lancaster House, the Queen’s Industrial Relations Centre, and the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) on conducting fair and thorough investigations.
