Shesta leads the People & Change team for Western Canada, within KPMG’s Management Consulting practice. With over 15 years of experience, Shesta is a chartered accountant delivering advisory and assurance services for a diverse range of private and public clients.
Shesta specializes in digital transformations, change management, learning and development, organizational strategy and design, and post-acquisition integrations. Her work also extends into the evolving domains of future of talent and work.
Shesta brings a unique global perspective to her role, having lived in eight countries over the last four decades. Outside of work, Shesta is the proud mother of two girls.
