Tomás is a Tax Partner in the KPMG Islands Group, and the functional Head of Tax in The Bahamas, having previously worked for KPMG offices in Europe and the Crown Dependencies. Tomás is responsible for a significant portfolio of domestic and international tax advisory clients, including Governments, Real Estate & Tourism Groups, Banks & Financial Services Groups and (U)HNWI. Over the last few years, Tomás has held various roles in industry and Government working groups, including the Bahamas Government Working Group on Pillar 2. Tomás is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahamas Financial Services Board, where he also chairs the Advocacy Committee, including the tax working group.
