Todd has more than ten years of audit experience in Financial Services with his focus being the alternative investments industry.

He has significant experience with advisory focused engagements within the alternative investments industry.

Todd has been responsible for the audits of large and complex hedge funds that use various fund structures and investment strategies. Todd’s expertise includes assessing and evaluating clients’ methods and procedures over the valuation of complex, derivative financial instruments.

He has provided technical accounting support on the liquidation of insolvent hedge funds as well as technical accounting and due diligence support on acquisitions.
