Vicky is a certified public accountant and management consultant with nine years of consulting experience which includes delivery of business analysis and process improvement projects for clients in both private and public sectors. Prior to joining KPMG in Bermuda, Vicky worked in London, England for three years.
Vicky has four years of public sector consulting experience which includes:
- Creating workflow diagrams to show the mapping of current state processes, gap analysis and pain points
- Designing of future state requirements and documentation
- Identifying potential areas of improvement and providing recommendations to improve current state processes
- Developing roadmaps and requirements to build from current to future state
- Validating workflow maps, potential areas of improvement and solutions with different stakeholders
- Project management support in executing roadmap milestones
- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators to demonstrate measurable change through process improvement
- Strategy writing and business planning
