What we look for

KPMG is very selective when choosing graduates to join our training program as Staff Accountants. They must be of the highest caliber and maintain at a minimum 3.0 GPA. 

We seek talented, motivated Bermudian university and college students committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, service and academic achievement, to join us as full-time employees. Most graduates will join our Audit department, but we do offer direct entry positions in Advisory or Tax. Regardless of which department you join, there are opportunities to rotate into other departments in order to gain a wide variety of experience. Graduates work on local and international clients across a range of different industries.
