Accounting

With our KPMG Accountancy Hub, you can have online access to your organization’s’ accounting records in collaboration with KPMG, or you can do it yourself, using the set-up provided by us, or any and all variations within the Accounting module:

  • Automatically create electronic sales invoices, including QR codes for easy payment, from sales orders, delivery orders or base them on time and material. The integrated payment module even allows your clients to pay online. Additionally, you can eliminate the hassle of sending reminders for late or outstanding payments, using the automated follow-ups system.
  • Encoding invoices will become child’s play: the high-quality OCR (recognition software) and AI (artificial intelligence) do all the heavy lifting for you.
  • You always maintain a clear and visual representation of your (analytical) accounting.
  • Keeping track and organizing your outgoing payments is easy using payment files that can be imported into your bank application.
  • You can link your bank account using the imbedded PSD2-connector, whereby every four hours the bank statements will be automatically synchronized.
  • You can create interactive reports, linked to live data, in a few clicks.

Dashboard

Consider this your blank slate where you can link any and all existing reports and graphs in one personalized overview.

Expenses and employees

Stop losing receipts: upload all receipts directly into the Expenses module. You can save time on expense reports: whether it's travel expenses, office supplies, or any other employee expenditure, access all receipts and expense submissions from your expenses dashboard and create, validate, or refuse them in just a click.

Additionally, our KPMG Accountancy Hub is accessible via an app on your mobile phone, making a review of your accounting records, uploading an invoice, filling in an expense reports or finding that single document that much easier.
