Further insightful results of the Global Female Leaders Outlook 2025

While leadership qualities (49%) and strategic thinking (43%) have already been key personality traits in recent years, hard work stands out in 2025, with 50% of respondents highlighting it.​

76% see their personal network as a key factor for career success and trust in social media also for professional purposes. Yet growing visibility also brings risks, with many reporting experiences of digital abuse.

Nearly two-thirds continue to experience prejudice and discrimination in the workplace. Likewise, no positive progress is evident in other areas.​

For the first time in five years, there has been a shift in investment strategy from capital spending on employee development to capital spending on acquiring and implementing new technology.​
