This seminar explores how digital transformation and artificial intelligence are profoundly changing claims management. We will examine the new opportunities and efficiency gains these technologies bring, as well as the challenges they pose, including fraud detection and ethical considerations.

Additionally, we will discuss the roles of key stakeholders throughout the claims process, including the evolving responsibilities of brokers and insurance agents, and how insurers can leverage new technologies to better anticipate customer needs.
