The Belgian Government decided early 2024 to adopt mandatory e-invoicing in Belgium as of 1 January 2026. With only 10 months left to go, there are still many questions about the requirements and scope of the new rules and whom to eventually partner with. KPMG and Unifiedpost Group collaborated to offer clarifications on the new regulations so that businesses are and stay compliant.
