Working in the Flemish Government? Discover the keys to successful transformations!
Transformation projects within the Flemish Government are often complex and can encounter questions or resistance. To address these challenges, KPMG’s Public Sector team invites you to a series of interactive workshops, “Navigating Change: Keys to Successful Transformations in Government”, offering insights and practical solutions.
The first interactive session of our workshop series took place on 14 November 2024, focusing on strategic management in the public sector.
In our second session, “Human Capital as an engine for organizational success”, on 25 February 2025, we explored how HR within the Flemish Government often plays a key role in transformation processes and is itself evolving.
During our third session, “Connected Organizational Design: Networks and Structures for Successful Transformation”, on Tuesday, 10 June, we explored the organizational design challenges within the Flemish Government.
In our fourth session, “From strategy to action: Smart processes for an agile government,” on Thursday, 13 November, we will focus on how government organizations can translate their strategies into efficient and flexible processes. We will discuss how smart process management methods, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI), can contribute to an agile government that is ready for tomorrow's challenges. Some of the key points we will cover:
- Smart processes: The importance of process optimization and digitization to increase efficiency and flexibility.
- The role of AI in operational excellence: How AI can be used to automate processes, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Agility in practice: How processes can help organizations respond quickly to societal and technological changes.
At the beginning of next year, there will be another practical, interactive session in which we will share concrete tools for various aspects of transformations within the public sector.
