As a director on the Transformation team, I specialize in complex organizational change projects. I built in-depth expertise in guiding substantive trajectories (such as organizational design and linkage to strategy), understanding human dynamics in change management, and managing projects flexibly. This integrated approach enables me to lead projects strategically and practically. With my background as a clinical psychologist and researcher (PhD in psychology), I serve as a sounding board for clients and teams, combining content and human aspects for sustainable results.
